Winners of the Baze Senior KO: Michal Kwiecien, Wlodzimierz Starkowski, Drew Casen, James Krekorian, Gaylor Kasle and Drew Cannell

Gaylor Kasle’s team pulled the upset on Monday, defeating Nick Nickell’s team in the Baze Senior Knockout 113–93.
Kasle’s crew was Drew Cannell, James Krekorian, Drew Casen, Michal Kwiecien and Wlodzimierz Starkowski. Playing for Nickell were Ralph Katz, Bob Hamman, Bobby Levin, Eric Rodwell and Jeff Meckstroth.
Kasle got off to a slow start, falling behind 75–36 at the half. With the dinner break came a shift in momentum. Recharged, Kasle dominated the third quarter 50–2. They took an 86–77 advantage into the last quarter and never relinquished the lead.

Team Nickell – Nick Nickell, coach Eric Kokish, Jeff Meckstroth, Ralph Katz, Eric Rodwell, Bobby Levin and Bob Hamman– finished second in the Baze Senior KO.

Ten teams entered the event, which is being removed from the NABC tournament calendar after this year.
